Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites

These tasty little bites are ready to eat in five minutes, perfect for a cup of tea or an after school snack.

  • 1 cup almond meal
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp coconut flour
  • 3 tbsp mini chocolate chips
  • 1/8 tsp salt


  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Roll into 1” balls. Enjoy!
  • Store cookie dough bites in the fridge for up to five days.


Optional add ins: chopped nuts, coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries
