Add all ingredients to food processor. Process until well mixed together.
Add mixture to parchment lined 9”x13” pan. Press down firmly. Chill for at least 2 hours for easier cutting.
Cut into 30 squares. Store in the fridge. Freezes well.
The nuts and seeds can be replaced with other nuts and/or seeds. Chocolate chips can be used instead of raw cacao nibs. Cinnamon can be added or can be used in place of maca. These can easily be rolled into balls for small bites instead of squares.
