Creamy Date Spread

  • 1 cup dates 10 plump Medjool dates
  • ½ cup nut milk
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon


  • Add all ingredients to food processor and process until smooth.


If dates are dried out, soften in warm water for 15 minutes before processing. Add more or less cinnamon to satisfy your taste buds. Tahini can be replaced with other nut or seed butter. Add more milk, one tablespoon at a time, if the spread is too thick.
